Who we are
Our website address is: https://www.reconnectingrainbows.co.uk. We do not collect your personal data unless you expressly share it with us in the ways outlined below.
What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Contact & Submission Forms
If you use the ‘Get in Touch’ form, or any submission form on any of our book or upcoming project pages, we collect the data that the user provide alongside their IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
If you leave a comment or fill in a contact form on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
Embedded content from other websites
Pages on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
Who we share your data with
We operate a zero data sharing policy and commit to never selling, passing on, or otherwise disclosing any data you have given us to any third parties.
How long we retain your data
When filling out a contact or submission form, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue, and ensure we can revisit your query later.
What rights you have over your data
You can request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
What to do if you have a data protection query
You can email firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line ‘Data Query’ and we will respond to you within 30 days.
